CIA Expert: Barack Obama Has Openly “Turned” in the War on Terrorism [READ]

Some say that President Barack Obama is soft on radical Islam out of misunderstanding, or that he’s no more disengaged from the War on Terror than he is from any other aspect of foreign policy–which is to say, significantly.
After all, this is a president who seems to believe that his legacy will be measured by the number of dollars he raises to support liberal politicians or the improvement in his golf game.
Whatever the reason, there can be little doubt that radical Islam has gained in strength and influence during the first six years of the Obama presidency. His withdrawal of American armed forces from Iraq beginning in June, 2009, led almost immediately to the beginning of the organization that would become the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria, or ISIS. This president’s policies have resulted in chaos throughout the Middle East, and even domestic Islamic terrorism is on the rise.
Others believe the rise of radical Islam on Obama’s watch has much more nefarious origins.

Former CIA operations officer Clare Lopez is one of those. She describes her reasons why in a recent detailed interview with WND.
In the interview, Lopez details the “stunning extent of infiltration of the administration and other branches of the federal government by the jihadist group the Muslim Brotherhood.”

The report claims that “a few members of Congress” have made similar claims, but have so far been unwilling to do so on the record. She goes on to cite as evidence the president’s engagement with Iran, ignoring of the growth of ISIS, support for the Hamas terrorists against Israel, and refusal to declare the Muslim Brotherhood a Foreign Terrorist Organization.

President Barack Obama did get one thing right in his otherwise cynical and largely meaningless comments following the brutal beheading of James Foley–radical Islam does not build; it destroys.
Sometimes destruction is necessary–America did not win World War II by building cities in Japan, for example. But the culture of radical Islam is one of death and destruction for its own sake, and there’s a word for that.
Radical Islam is evil, and America should not be on its side.
